Now is a great time to be an entrepreneur! There is an endless amount of startup communities, government programs, and lots of free content, including excellent B2B sales resources to help your business grow. These are my favourite, that I share on a regular basis:
Sales for Life Blog
Sales for Life has a big focus on social selling and has recently added more content around account based sales. They are a Toronto based company and were once a part-time marketing customer of VA Partners.
Hubspot Sales Blog
Hubspot has long been known for its marketing automation software, but with the launch of its sales CRM a few years ago, they’ve developed some great educational sales content. You can find this content in the Hubspot Sales blog section, with most of it focused on start-ups and small business.
Salesforce Sales Blog
Salesforce has long been a leader in CRM. We have used them at VA Partners since our start. The Salesforce Sales Blog has a broad range of sales topics with a tie-in to CRM.
MaRS is an Ontario government organization that supports the growth of technology startups. They have a great library of B2B sales resources including videos, presentations, videos, and checklists.
Entrepreneur.com has a lot of great general tips of growing your business. Mixed in with their marketing content are many great posts on sales from start-ups and small business.
